4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship locally within Singapore via SmartPac and internationally via SingPost registered mail, depending on the delivery options selected at checkout.
4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and are specified during checkout.
4.3. RosyGrace Singapore is not responsible for delays caused by customs, VAT fee, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
5.2. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
5.3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. Custom Orders
6.1. Custom orders are welcome. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements, including your wrist size for proper customization.
6.2. Customers are required to provide accurate wrist size information for all custom orders. Failure to provide the correct wrist size may result in a delay in processing your order.
6.3. Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
