Everyday jewellery care

• Put jewellery on after perfume, skincare and cosmetics.
• Remove it before showering, swimming, exercise or cleaning.
• Use a soft, dry cloth for routine care. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce rubbing and tangling.
• Handle elastic bracelets gently without pulling or overstretching.

Crystal towers and mineral pieces

Display pieces on a stable surface and handle them carefully. Do not assume every mineral is suitable for water, salt, sunlight or cleaning chemicals. Contact us for advice about your specific piece before using a cleaning method.

Natural variation

Natural stones may have inclusions, variations in colour and pattern, or uneven surfaces. Photographs can look different under other lighting and screen settings. Read the product details and ask for clarification before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs.

Care & safety

Keep jewellery and mineral pieces out of reach of children and pets. They are not toys or teething aids. Do not put them on babies or young children or attach them to cots or prams. Crystal points and broken edges may cause injury. Display securely. Do not ingest minerals or place them in drinking water. Decorative bowls are not food or pet-feeding dishes. Keep bags and ribbons away from children.
