Return and Refund Policy
At RosyGrace, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
No Returns or No Exchange or Refunds for Customized and Handcrafted Items
For hygiene reasons and the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchange or returns or refunds on any customized or handcrafted items. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized jewelry
- Custom-made accessories
- Handcrafted decorative items
Once an order for a customized or handcrafted item has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
The above policy does not apply to our personalized or custom-made goods.
