Orders & delivery

Do you deliver within Singapore?

Yes. Singapore orders are delivered via SingPost. Standard local delivery costs SGD4 for orders of SGD100 or less. Delivery is free for orders above SGD100. Please check the delivery and ordering guide for dispatch information and contact us if you need to confirm a delivery arrangement before paying.

Will I receive tracking?

Where the selected SingPost service includes tracking, the tracking details are provided after dispatch. Tracking updates and delivery time depend on the postal service used.

Are prices in Singapore dollars?

Prices marked SGD are in Singapore dollars. Check your order summary, delivery charges and final total before payment. Contact us before paying for delivery outside Singapore.

Choosing your piece

Will my stone look exactly like the photographs?

Natural stones vary in colour, pattern, inclusions and surface character. Check whether the listing shows the exact piece or a representative example, and read its measurements and included items. Lighting and screen settings can affect colours. Ask for clarification or additional photographs if needed.

How do I measure for a bracelet?

Measure your actual wrist circumference in centimetres without adding extra allowance. Tell us your preferred fit separately. Bead size in millimetres describes the beads; it is different from the bracelet's fit around your wrist. See custom jewellery and sizing.

Can I choose my own gemstone combination?

Yes. Use the custom jewellery enquiry to share the colours or gemstones you like, your preferred piece, budget and fit. An enquiry is not an order. RosyGrace confirms material availability, design, price and production time before you decide to proceed.

Care, safety & aftercare

Are these products suitable for children?

Crystals and jewellery are not toys or teething aids. Beads, charms and broken fragments can cause choking. Cords and necklaces can pose a strangulation risk, and mineral points or broken edges can be sharp. Keep pieces and packaging out of reach of young children and pets. Can crystals go in water, food or drinks?

Do not ingest minerals or place crystals in drinking water. Do not use decorative mineral bowls for food unless the individual product has been expressly confirmed suitable for food contact. Care needs differ by material; follow the Guide & Care advice.

Do symbolic gemstone meanings describe medical benefits?

No. Traditional, cultural and symbolic associations are shared as matters of belief. Crystals and jewellery are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical care.

What if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact RosyGrace with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us assess what happened. Keep the item and packaging while we assist you. See the returns and refunds policy for the applicable terms.
